In order to enjoy better golf your body ought to have a reasonable level with strength, flexibility, endurance along with ENERGY! You can’t understand this hitting more balls; having more lessons; or purchasing more equipment.
You obtain this “off the course” by exercise. I know just what exactly you’re thinking…ugh.
No…wait…it doesn’t must be that way.
You don’t want to get a gym membership. You don’t need to spend hours a day time. You don’t have to help kill yourself. You have to devise a plan that's efficient and tailored for your needs.

How sometimes have you walked journey course in disgust? You know that you can do better, but your body simply just won’t do what your current brain wants it to undertake. I hear this constantly. In fact, I’ve received numerous emails saying just of which.

That’s not health for golf; that’s “general fitness” Not altogether an undesirable thing, but won’t help your game by any means.
